Too late - [12:35 PM]

Think Progress: "A new report by the Energy Information Administration 'the statistical and analytical arm of the Energy Department' predicts that 'average gasoline prices will shoot up to $3.60 a gallon in June'" - I wonder what that means for the average Californian that's paying $3.60 per gallon of regular gasoline in early April? Yikes.

I've already seen Chevron regular priced at $3.85, with super priced at $4.00, in Fresno.
