Movie line of the week answer
I didn't get too many guesses this week. Not being consistent can kill your traffic, and I'd imagine that's what happened. I've been a bit busy this morning so that's why the delay.
Our winner this week was a person identifying themselves only as Moose. Congratulations Moose!
Thanks to everyone that played.
The correct answer is...
You know that movie staring the future Governor of California.
Movie line of the week
Boy-oh-boy, is it already Thursday? This week has been a complete flash. I haven't really had time to think about what to use as a movie line this week but my wife says I can't use one from anything showing on TNT or TBS this week.
So let's give this one a go and see what you make of it.
Actor #1: You're bleeding, man!
Actor #2: I ain't got time to bleed!
Actor #1: You got time to duck?
Ok, quick, what movie! Send your guesses here
Sorry for the dealy, publishing seems to have some problems at the moment. I'll get this out as soon as I can.
I know what you mean.
David Cole (Foggidaboudit): "Frustration rules the summer, man." - I hear ya brother. Silence can be golden, it can also drive you batty. After running on a project for two years the silence leading up to RTM can be a bit of a downer. Maybe that's not at all what he's talking about, maybe it's something else all together? It definitely has me down, hurry up and wait. Tick-tock-tick-tock.
Great whine of the week
MSNBC Sports: "It wasn’t, it goes without saying, about the money when he signed, even though the Rangers were willing to go about $5 million more per year than anyone else. It was about playing for a winner." - What more could one possibly add to spice up the story?
PowerBlog and Jelly
PowerBlog News: "...tonight I witnessed that this one (below) is the first Blogger-API based post using the rebuilt PowerBlog 2.0..." - Very nice! Jon's been hard at work on the next release of PowerBlog. It's been rewritten as a C# app using the .Net framework. I'll be a guinea pig for you Jon.
John Robb: "Three things I would want next for Radio" - Something I'd like to see from Radio is integration with Outlook. Radio's underlying engine doesn't really care about your user interface, it's just a publishing engine and storage mechanism. Why not jam an entry into Outlook's outline that reads "Radio Weblogs", or the like, and publish entries just like you send e-mail. It's such a natural fit for bog posts. I've been preaching this for so long you'd think some smart individual would have already done this for any blogging system that supports the MetaWeblog API or Blogger API. John shows how this integration would work, the example is product called NewsGator. Who knows maybe someone could integrate Radio with Entourage on the Mac?
All aboard the Regatta
Rodent Regatta: "You simply cannot imagine how devastating it can be to a metropolitan area of over one million people to have 70% of the area without electricity." - Welcome back Steve! It's nice to know you're still amongst the living. If the San Joaquin Valley had experienced a power outage at the same time there would have been MANY deaths associated with it. This is the first week we've had in a very long time with temperatures under 100, I cannot imagine how horrible it would've been without an air conditioner.

"Another Harry Potter book burning"
"Disney Potter ride in 2006?" - Building rides is like building a new OS, isn't it?
"Edgy 'Prisoner' expected in June" - I hope the movie isn't a 180 from the book. Yes it's edgy but it's also my favorite of the five and I'd be a bit unhappy with the movie if it departs too much from the book. But what can you do.
"Curon's not starting 'Fire'" - Maybe Chris Columbus will come back!
"Listening to Potter" - We're currently listening to Order of the Phoenix. Love it! It's very interesting to see how Jim Dale portrays the new characters. Well worth a listen.
