Movie line of the week answer - [11:23 AM]

Thanks for playing folks! The usual suspects, but we had a surprise! Moose decided to stop being second best and stepped out of the shadows to take first place, congratulations Moose!

The correct answer is...

You gotta love Sean Connery, the man that passed up The Matrix and The Lord of the Rings! So he's human. Smile, life is good!

Movie line of the week - [10:34 AM]

And.... ACTION!Steven Vore supplied this week's movie line, which is really nice of him since I can never come up with one until two minutes prior to posting it. Thanks Steven!

Here she be...

If you can't do it with one bullet, don't do it at all.

Ok, quick, what movie! Send your guesses here.

How about working remote? - [10:29 AM]

Scott Guthrie: "Are you passionate about building great software?" - Is the ASP.Net team progressive enough to hire someone off site? My guess is they're not. Need to post a comment with that question I guess. Microsoft doesn't have a strict requirement to be on site, it's up to the general of the group to make that decision. But since we all know Microsoft is the center of the universe why wouldn't you want to be in Redmond? Smile, life is good!

New Visio app. - [9:00 AM]

Scobleizer: "Then the shocker. He closed down Eclipse, opened up Visual Studio and did the same thing. Only this time his system used Visio inside of Visual Studio. He showed me the code it wrote. Showed me the XML file it created. And how it enabled a new kind of development team." - I've been waiting for someone to do this for years. Nice, very nice.

Admitting you were wrong - [10:38 AM]

CNet News: "Microsoft says it may have overaggressive in threatening Web entrepreneur Mike Rowe over the name of his Web site, Mikerowesoft.com." - This is really nice of Microsoft to admit. I was getting ready to lambast them. It's nice to know there are still a few folks there that actually use their brains for something other than ear separators. Heck the poor kid should be hired, he made a move worthy of Microsoft. Attract attention, no matter what the cost. Sounds like a match made in heaven. Smile, life is good!

Another fine .NET blog - [10:26 AM]

Do you use FxCop on your assemblies? If you don't you probably should. Thanks to Scoble I now have a nice new source of information for FxCop.

People are continually asking me what's so special about blogs, this is an item to add to the plus list. The community is a wonderful source of information. I'm constantly finding new resources through the few blogs I watch on a regular basis.
