Yesterday Bug and I visited San Luis Obispo, California, one of the many places our family has lived over the years. It’s a beautiful little town on the Central Coast. It’s not what most people think of when they think of the California coastline. That’s usually reserved for Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco.

We stopped to walk around Higuera street and have lunch at Firestone Grill. If you’re ever in San Luis Obispo, stop by for a meal, you’ll enjoy it.

Bug got the tri-tip sandwich and I got a tri-tip Cobb. We split a basket of half fries, half onion rings.

Needless to say it was a fantastic lunch. 🤤

I haven’t had a beer in quite a while. Flying Dog’s Double Dog really hits the spot. Big flavor.

My wife brought these home for me a couple weeks back. Boy oh boy are they dangerous! 🤣 Eating one leads to two leads to… You get the picture.

The food will be simple but it’s the view we’re here for. That and the walk on the beach afterward.
