I was finally able to sleep in my own bed last night. The stairs are no longer an obstacle. Sure, I have to be deliberate about how I walk up them, but it’s easy enough.
I managed to sleep from 10PM to 6AM. That’s the best sleep I’ve had since before my surgery on August 2.
As a result I’m feeling much better today. I’m not nodding off like I’ve been doing for days and days.
Here’s hoping I continue to get the rest I need.
